Wash alone the first time; silk can release dye
Wash lace in a mesh bag
Mild detergent, no bleach and no fabric softener
Do not tumble dry
Reshape and dry flat, away from direct heat

Cool iron, and avoid the velvet and macramé panel
Keep perfume and deodorant off the fabric
Store folded, out of direct light
Air it between wears rather than washing
