Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item, no reason required.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn (try-on is fine), unwashed, and with all original tags attached. For swimwear and bodysuits, please keep the hygiene liner in place during try-on.

How to return

Email us at hi@seathrou.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.

Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@seathrou.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
