Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is EUR 10. Free on orders over EUR 50. In Greece, shipping is free on all orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a notification when it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Within the EU, typically 3–5 business days.
How do I track my order?
Track your order at order.seathrou.com.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If it hasn't reached you within 10 business days, email hi@seathrou.com and we'll look into it.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. For non-EU deliveries, any import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility, and we're not responsible for customs delays.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return window?
14 days from delivery, no reason needed.
What condition do items need to be in?
Unworn (trying it on is fine), unwashed, with all original tags attached. Swimwear and bodysuits must be unopened, with the seal intact.
How do I return something?
Email hi@seathrou.com with your order number. You have 14 days to return an item. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We refund the price of the item and the standard outbound delivery once it reaches us. Swimwear and bodysuits are sent sealed for hygiene. Once the seal is opened, they can't be returned.
When will I be refunded?
Within 5–7 business days of your return, to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Email hi@seathrou.com as soon as you notice it, with photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. This is on top of your legal guarantee — under EU law you have two years from delivery to claim for goods that weren't as described.
Do the same returns terms apply to Sea Edit designer pieces?
Yes. The same 14-day window and refund terms apply across everything we sell; made-to-order pieces are excluded.
Are gift cards returnable?
Gift cards are non-returnable.

How do I find my size?

What if I'm between two sizes?
We suggest the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Does swimwear run differently?
Swimwear sizing may differ from your regular clothing size. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering rather than choosing your usual size.
