1. Overview
This website is operated by Seathrou. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.
2. Scope
These Terms govern purchases made through seathrou.com. We sell clothing and fashion accessories, including swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, and beach cover-ups. All products are delivered from within the European Union.
3. Contract Formation
Product listings constitute an invitation to make an offer. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation email. The purchase contract is formed at that point.
We reserve the right to decline any order. If we decline after payment, we will refund the full amount immediately.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery within the EU takes 3-5 business days.

- Greece: Free shipping across all orders.

6. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you physically receive the goods. If you order multiple items delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you receive the last item.

Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or evidence of return shipment.
Send back the goods within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We refund the price of the item and the standard outbound delivery once it reaches us.
Swimwear and bodysuits: in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed into Greek law, goods sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery. Swimwear and bodysuits are sent sealed for hygiene. Once the seal is opened, they can't be returned.

7. Returns
Items must be returned unworn (try-on is acceptable), unwashed, with tags attached. Swimwear and bodysuits are sent sealed for hygiene. Once the seal is opened, they can't be returned.
Email hi@seathrou.com with your order number. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We refund the price of the item and the standard outbound delivery once it reaches us. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
8. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. We cannot guarantee that your device will render colors precisely. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is governed by Greek and EU law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
11. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution. In Greece, the Consumer’s Ombudsman (Synigoros tou Katanaloti) handles consumer disputes free of charge. Contact us first at hi@seathrou.com — we would rather settle it directly.
