GREECE

Delivery to any address in Greece is free. Most in stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a Greek address within 1 - 3 business days. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

All orders to European addresses are either sent with DHL Standard Shipping (6-7 business days) have a flat rate of 10 euros or with DHL Express (1-3 business days) at a flat rate of 20 euros.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU

All products are sent via Express at a flat rate of 20 euros. Items that are in stock will be sent out and received within 1-3 working days, however it may take longer depending on Customs. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. Kindly ask for our assistance for accurate guidelines on size, fit and style.

RETURN POLICY

We understand, sometimes it happens that one product is simply not working for you and you want to get the money back.
All items bought from Seathrou can be returned within 14 days of purchase; shipping will however remain at your expense. Returns processed after 14 days of purchase are not subject to refunds, but we are happy to offer you a store credit note. We also recommend that you opt for delivery by tracked mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are only able to process a refund if the purchased item is returned to us in the same condition as we sent out. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags. Once the items have been checked we will be able to process your refund.

Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

1) Shipping time to arrive back to our warehouse
2) Processing and inspection for refund approval
3) Authorisation to issue refund
4) It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once we process the refund.
